About Stitch

Stitch is vibrant and friendly sewing shop in Storrington, West Sussex, selling over 500 quilting and dressmaking fabrics along with a wide range of independent dressmaking patterns and an extensive range of haberdashery.

Added to this is a great selection of books, DMC embroidery threads, craft kits and cross stitch kits from Uk suppliers, sewing boxes, sewing machines – in fact everything you need to get sewing.

Sewing lessons for both adults and children are held in our airy workshop at the back of the shop. If you’ve never sewn before or are a proficient stitcher, we will have something for you either in a group or a one to one lesson.

The shop is owned and run by Jan assisted by Jenny, Mich, Lucy and Greta and we all have a passion and experience for everything sewing related. If it is a love of fabrics and creativity that you need then come and visit us! Meet the Team on About page.

Workshops

All lessons are held in our airy workshop. Most classes are for a maximum of 4 people so plenty of individual attention is assured.
